Sumeria

Sumeria was the first human civilization. Sumerians were forced to form an irrigation system because of the environment conditions. They were the first ones to have an irrigation system. This made rise the number of food Sumerians had. Their main crop was wheat. With this wheat they made breath and a drink that has been transmitted from generation to generation and is still consuming now a days.  The Sumerians are also recognized for being the first to use the arch architecture, but one of the biggest steps of the Sumerians was the invention of writing symbols. At first they wanted to register their business but then it became something necessary for their life. The Sumerian pictographs are the oldest known. Their writing began with numbers. All was embodied to fresh mud with a reed pen.

With this video I can see that people from Sumeria were very intelligent and organized. In their period writing, irrigation and arch architecture were invented. at the end of the video you can see some pictures of the city of Ur. These pictures are impressive. With all the architecture and the pyramids you can infer that Sumerians were a smart and organized civilization
